It would be great if you could remove both product images so it doesn't look like one of them has image and other one doesn't.

I can't remember any feature with order cloning in Order improvements add-on. Perhaps some other add-on has this functionality.

upgraded to the latest version today, 4.4.0.2 and the product images are huge in the admin order details pages, Ive altered settings in the addon but no diff, anywhere to change please

You need to reinstall the add-on. There should be more settings. http://joxi.ru/8AnzeQjUeRNkAO

 

But note that the attachments will be lost, so I can reinstall it for you.

This is a great addon but I have a couple of questions

 

I am using the order improvements addon AND the pay by link addon, to send customers quotes to pay for custom items that I create an image of and send attachment to customer.

 

The pay by link addon, has links in the email to allow the customer to follow and to make payment but does not have attachments in the email.

 

The order improvement addon has attachments in the email but does not have any links to allow the customer to follow and pay.

 

Is there any way the 2 can be combined in someway, instead of me having to send 2 emails

 

1 more thing, is it possible to have an image/html hyperlink in the payment link, instead of just text, I would like to use html editor to smarten up the appearance, but at the moment only see the language variable

Hi, I was wondering, is it already possible with this add-on to always add the invoice as PDF? 

And if so, can this be turned on and off?

If anyone is using this addon and would like to extend the functionality to add a little more information in the invoice, for email and pdf, then I  have gotten this done from tbirnseth @ https://ez-ms.com/.

 

It adds an html field in the addons tab when creating or editing and order in admins, we use it to send quote info and could also used to send pics of the custom items instead of using the attachment tab which I find clunky.

 

get in touch with Tony if you need to know more, it works a treat for us. My sales reps use it to send quotes to customer and NOT have to type an email THEN send cs quote.

 

Below is a snip of the standard email sent by admin, with the text area in it. Note the start of the actual products in the quote below the text box

Ive found that when adding attachments to orders, and emailing order, if later customer wants another attachments adding and re sending the email will not send the second attachment.

 

Will it only attach attachments if added in the first order change/email. Can this be changed ?
