What is the link to the testimonials page?

Does anyone know?

I want to put a link directly to the Testimonials page in the customer service area of Ultimate 3.0.4.



I have tried [url=“OzQuilts Patchwork & Quilting”]http://www.mystore.com/new_store/testimonials.html[/url] and [url=“http://www.mystore.com/new_store/index.php?dispatch=discussion.view”]http://www.mystore.com/new_store/index.php?dispatch=discussion.view[/url]



Neither works. Checked the manual and knowledge base with no luck.

The second URL is correct. I would assume Comments and Reviews addon is disabled or Testimonials is disabled. Enable Testimonials in Addons>Comments and Reviews>Edit>Testimonials and select a suitable option in the Testimonials drop down option - communication, rating, or both.

Testimonials is enabled and comments are reviews are enabled.

I have added 2 approved testimonials in the admin section so it is all good to go.



Just can't find the page on the front end.

I tried [url=“OzQuilts Patchwork & Quilting”]http://www.mystore.com/new_store/[/url][url=“http://http://www.mystore.com/new_store/”]index.php?dispatch=discussion.view&thread_id=6[/url] and got a 404.

I even tried id=1 through to 7 just for the hell of it and no go.



I checked the ultimate demo site just for fun and can't bring up the testimonials page there either although it may not be enabled on the demo.

It might seem obvious but is the Comments and Reviews addon AND testimonials enabled for the specific site you are having problems with in Ultimate? Also are the testimonials shown in your admin, Website>Testimonials?



If you still have a problem, see here. You can fix it without doing as the OP suggested though. Backup only the cscart_discussion_xxx tables then re-import them once you have uninstalled/reinstalled the Comments and Reviews addon.

I am facing the same problem. None of link works. I don't know what is front url to open all testimonials. Any help will be apriciated.
