u_abpo McEwen is what the name has come up as and the email address has come up as
u1741304305.6127@ab.po both of which are obviously not my customers, it just happens at random times, and the customer is then unable to pay via PayPal and their order just sits there pending.
Any ideas?

What profile are you using for Email at Checkout page? #36 or #33
Sorry not even sure where to find that. I do have the email and the address in the “general” area set to nothing, so that when they first hit the cart unless they have signed in there is no “default address or email”

When I hover over the customer information it is not showing anything up at all unfortunately

Yes, I have all of those, but no blue fields, and hovering over them does not give me an id at all. If i Hover over it I get an underline that I can click on, but when I do that it does not give me any id at all. It gives me type = E-mail, code = email the position which is 45 and the user defined wrapper class
Think it has all changed since the last upgrade

Doesn’t give me anything with the underline, it is just turns into the hand so you know you can “click on it” unline that takes me through to the actual email info.
