Yes I have actually spoken to her on the phone, and this is not the first time it has happened, last time was about 6 months ago, and the “u_abpo” was the same but the numbers were different
Just really weird
I am due for an upgrade again, I will get the team at e-comm labs to see if they can spot anything crazy

the numbers can be the internet time, but not sure.
Hope you have a screenshot with the crazy email address, so Ecomm can take a quick look.
u_abpo has something to do with a setting. Invoice is using: u.email
Just did a google on it, and appently this happened to people in 2020 also, and they had to change the ID, apparently it was something to do with making it compulsary. Changed part of the name and email to numbers.
Hope you will get a solution soon.
It’s a legacy CS-Cart problem if the site is upgraded from old version of CS-Cart. I’ve sent you a message to solve this bug.
