I don't see many potential vendors willing to pay $30 a month for a support solution, then fees for tax calculation etc. and still pay a commission or subscription fee.

Thank you for the message. We thought about multi-vendor price policy with our team a lot and finished on the decision I described in my previous message for now. Sure if we receive any new ideas and good decision for our mutual satisfactory, we will take it for consideration.

In addition I would like to place my thoughts here. For example, if vendor revenue is about $500/months and more, is USD 30 will be a big cost for support service which make the support process clear and comfortable for marketplace owner, vendor and customers?

Would you please describe your thoughts how you see price policy and organization of Multi-vendor and Help Desk solution?

The problem us caused due to the fact you need to install local or cloud Re:Desk and connect it to your CS-Cart store. After that all departments that are created in your help desk will appear in this filed in your store contact page.

By the way we are now updating our design for Re:Desk and almost the final results are ready, please have a look:
