Yes, we are still supporting this solution.
Twitter/ Facebook integration was removed from downloadable version, cloud version of Re:Desk is closed.

Well, apparently they aren’t dead. They’ve replied. Over a couple of years I did send mails, but never replies.
UVDesk integrates with CS Cart very nicely, and I believe there are still plugins for Zendesk and Freshdesk available.
I usually advice Tawk.to, that’s a free chat with a rudimentary ticketing system which is actually quite nice.
