What are the differences compared with LiveZilla 5?

As I understand the main difference that the software you gave the link is only for Windows (not web based). And I did not find any integration add-ons for log in features and order details view on the help desk ticket page.

CS-Cart Help Desk connection add-on is updated to be compatible with the latest CS-Cart v4 version:

Sorry for confusing. Now Re:Desk Local is under 1.1.0 version available for downloading and I wanted to say that the release of version 1.2.0 is coming soon. And described some major features that we develop now for that new version.

Seems to be an excellent helpdesk. I just tried installing on my site and now, on the form:

The department field does not have any items (please see attachment), although the departments are correctly maintained in the admin area.



Any suggestions on how to fix this?

When I go under “Addon” and search for the add-on, I can't find it. I followed the steps exactly as per the steps. I was planning to try the tool for free before I decide to buy it but I just can't get it to work.

As I understand you tried to install the CS-Cart Re:Desk Connection addon and do not see the addon on your “Addons” section of CS-Cart, do not I? Please let me know. Be sure you downloaded appropriate addon version for your CS-Cart. Also, please let me know the version of CS-Cart where you are trying to install the addon.

Hmmm . I installed the addon for CSCart v2x Integartion .

Set up the addon settings

Set up ReDesk E-commerse settings.

But nothing shows in cscart Admin>orders or Customer>MyAccount>Orders…

is it compatible with CScart2.1.4 (as indicated by the v2x)?

There is no any section for now under the direction you pointed with integration functionality. Sorry for long delay, for some reason CS-Cart forum sent me the notification only about your last new messages.

I am testing out the trial version, and can se the orders from customers in admin, but i don't see how a customer can see their tickets from CS-Cart. Is this function included now? How and where are the tickets listed?

Thank you for testing our software. Unfortunately, this feature is not included yet to our software. But you can add a special section in your CS-Cart to point customers that he can check their tickets “there” and submit any tickets “there” and point them to Re:Desk tickets list as a solution for now.

Great News! New wave of Re:Desk help desk development started and some great results already done. Let me preset our updated customer help desk system for CS-Cart multi-store and Multi-vendor software. Here are described some major features of new help desk:


CS-Cart Help Desk Features:

  • Provides the ability to log in to the Re:Desk help desk with the same login credentials as your customers have in CS-Cart store, so you DO NOT NEED TO IMPORT any users to help desk software. They will be already in your Customer Help Desk after connection to your store.
  • Shows orders and order details, such as status, billing, shipping, and order information.
  • Includes the integration of CS-Cart contact form which contains the departments field you created in Re:Desk. So, the messages posted with this form will be directly sent to a certain department.
  • If customer specified order ID or contacted you through the order details page, this order is shown in ticket subject and in recent orders section in detailed way.

Multi-Vendor Help Desk Features:

  • Organize communication of vendors with customers through CS-Cart and Re:Desk support system. Owner of Multivendor marketplace sees all tickets of all vendors. Vendor sees only his tickets.
  • Vendor account is automatically created in help desk while you create it in CS-Cart Multi-vendor store. All notifications are sent to vendor email address.
  • Shows orders and order details, such as status, billing, shipping, and order information.
  • Includes the integration of Multivendor CS-Cart contact form which contains the Vendors field you created in Re:Desk (departments). So, all the messages posted via this form will directly sent to a certain vendor automatically.
  • Customer contacts you through the order details page or "Contact Vendor" button. All messages converts to help desk tickets and is automatically sent to appropriate vendor with order subject and details.
  • "Ask a Question" button product page.
  • Ability to organize so-called Private Messaging of your vendors vs customers. Only owner of Multivendor marketplace will see full vendors and customers contact details in help desk.

Thank you for the message. Yes, each vendor will be as additional Agent (manager of his store) in your help desk, so he should pay agent fee in accordance with Re:Desk price policy. You can organize (compensate) this payments via standard functionality of CS-Cart multi-vendor commissions payments.
