I was actually thinking about doing this. Designing the PSDs and partnering up with a developer to work on some skins. There's a need for some sexy modern looking skins. Wonder if anyone might be interested.

Yes, there are 2 active promotions in the default database, but they both are expired. That's why nothing is shown on the index.php?dispatch=promotions.list page.

Here is a screen shot.
Bugtracker is often forgotten and bugs do not get replied to. That is probably why they post here too. We posted a bug a few days ago too and we still have not heard back either.
