Hi, we're having an issue with the review reminder email template, please see screenshot attached.

it does not show the stars, the review text box or the submit button.

Can you imagine, I bought this addon from cart power, Search suggestion for CS-Cart

Mysterious way it pools data not just from products and categories in your store but also from ebay addon.

I get search results for toys, animals and other stuff I never sold in my life..

They refuse any help and offered to buy credits to fix their own bug. Ok this is last time I had purchased their product..

I do not sell anything related to birds, animals, toys ....

Hello Darius,

I already explained you that the suggestions are working based on features and categories. The info you pointed is taken from Google export categories feature. If you do not need it, you can always disable it in the settings of the add-on.

We never refuse to help and the case you pointed above is not a bug.

Listen to yourself. Your addon suggests a google export category as a suggestion in front end and to you its not a bug? Do you understand that this is not searchable data, it does not give any results. Maybe your addons also shows customers data, credit card information what else is it pooling in search results???
