You are right and wong. If Darius donates the appropriate amount to Sno for this mod than he will receive this mod.
As for buyer protection, I wouldn’t worry about it with Sno. I have donated money to him in the past and have always received what I dontated for.
The difference between the mod club and topcoderpro.com is that topcoderpro.com does the mods as a business and the mod club takes on mods when some one has a good idea for a mod and everyone aggrees to pitch in some money for the design of the mod.
Sno might add a little more to this, but my point is if you want this mod PM Snowrocket and ask him about it.

Hi Matt, yea I’m not sure, did you try [url]http://localhost/kb/index.php[/url], Jesse got it working so I’m guessing it’s a server configuration causing problems for you, however on localhost it should work just fine…

no, it uses the free version of kb pub 2.0.1, it’s freely available for download on sourceforge…
