I am getting incorrect refunds in my Analytics report. Where can I configure which status is a refund?

Actually all our refunds are done through the RMA plugin and never get a different order status.

You can find settings for statuses in the "Order statuses" tab of the "Simtech Development: Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce" add-on settings if your add-on version is greater than 4.5.0.17.

Yes, because settings are updated only after add-on reinstallation.

Hi! I'm trying to remove paypal and our other psp as a referral source, so i added their domains to the Referral Exclusion List in Google Analytics. However, now my revenue is not being tracked anymore.

Can you give me a tip on how to set this up correctly?

Hello,

Usually, all you need is just to add domains/subdomains to the Referral Exclusion List. You may still see these domains as referrals for some time, this is because your returning customers have old cookies. What report do you check for revenue?

Hmm, I removed the domains from the referral exclusion list and it's stil not tracking converions (after 36 hours). The only other thing I did is remove another add-on, and I installed a new version of simtechs autofill address add-on, which i uninstalled again because it wasn't working at all. I guess some add-ons are conflicting ... I'll look into it.

It is better to uninstall and install the add-on again because there are some new add-on settings.

I uninstalled and installed, and the add-on works again. However, now it says a customer bought double the amount of products of what they actually ordered :D

Old templates might still stay in the theme after reinstallation. Please open a ticket in our HelpDesk with the access to your server. Our specialists will check and remove this duplication.

You could check if Google Annalytics tags are on your site with Tag Assistant Google Chrome extension. Please, check if you see Google Analytics there.

Hi , i have some questions with GA addon and another addons. we are using your GA addon.

1-> we will begin remarketing ads. and also we want track our remarketing ad conversions and another campaing conversions ( like shopping or text ads) you have both addon "Google Tag Manager" and "Google Remarketing Addon" which one your offer for our requirements?

2-> your addon documents onyl show, how can you get your xx id. but doesnt include any information about, create remarketing ads campaing in google ads. for eg : we want create champaing with rule. like Product view-> add to cart -> leave cart

Google Tag Manager and Google Remarketing Tag requires some skills to work with Google services. If you don't have a person for this, I recommend to use Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce add-on https://www.simtechdev.com/docs/addons/google_analytics_enhanced_ecommerce/index.html for tracking conversion: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1034306?hl=en

Our add-on only adds add the remarketing tag to the site, creating ads campaign doesn't relate to the functionality of our add-on and should be done on your own or with the specialist.
