Thanks, I have VERSION 4.5.0.4 installed. Is this OK?

Version 4.5.0.4 is quite old, you can see the changelog section on our site to see what changes were made and whether you need a new version.

Is this compatible with 4.2.4?

The add-on is compatible with CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor 4.3.1 and above.

Hello!

We have added Site speed sample rate setting that determines how often site speed tracking beacons will be sent. Google Analytics by default automatically tracks only 1% of users. To track 100%, you should enable our setting in the General tab of the add-on settings.

Check other updates in our changelog of the Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce add-on.

The tracking of the 3 and 4 checkout steps has been moved from the checkout complete page to the appropriate steps of the checkout page.

Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce add-on adds a lot of events that allow you to analyze advanced reports in Google Analytics.

Hello!

We have made some improvements for the Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce add-on:

- The refund event has been added which is sent when returned products.
- The fields for specific order statuses set for returned and paid products have been added. Removal of products from paid orders will be considered as a refund.
- The way of sending purchase data to Analytics has been changed. Now this information is not sent by the customer using JavaScript, but by the server using the measurement protocol.
- The creating and modifying orders made via the admin panel is now sent to the Analytics.
- The data about purchases made via payment services (for example, PayPal) was not sent to Analytics. Fixed.

I checked your archive and it's correct. I see in HelpDesk that you had old add-on as well, it is better to uninstall current add-on, remove all old add-on files and upload new files, then install the add-on.

Unfortunately, I do not have old archive of this add-on. Please send me temporary FTP access and I will check the homepage. Or you can add access in HelpDesk if you do not want to share it here. It is more secure.

I am getting incorrect refunds in my Analytics report. Where can I configure which status is a refund?

Actually all our refunds are done through the RMA plugin and never get a different order status.
