Alt-team, thank you for response and confirming my review regarding response time, delay in starting new projects etc. Your protectors and forum admin had my mouth shut, banned me for 1 day and did a very good job to show who they are.
As you might have read my review, I didn't attack your company nor attack your quality of work. I was repeatedly pointing at communication issues and not being able to get timely response from you.
Can you please clarify “for all these guys” if you welt victimized with my post or is it a fair criticism?

Honestly I don’t and I’m not even sure why you guys have been acting this way and defending a company to this extreme. They just confirmed all the issues I mentioned in my post while you guys keep telling how great they were.
Did I say they were not great? No!
Did I say they were terrible people? Absolutely not!

If you read the forum description it says “NO FLAMING”, yet you continue to flame and antagonize the senior forum members who have contributed much more than you.
No one disputes your claim to Alt-team and they addressed the issue, but you cannot seem to let it go.

Not expensive and good programming work. I will use alt-team for future modificitions requests what I have or from our clients.

I've also worked with Alt-Team before and the other reviewers are right in regards to the response time. I'd say the average response time was about a week, and that's the time between emails! I can't review on their work though since I was already fed up with the weekly ping pong sessions with their manager.
I work with 4 Alt-Team developers in a number of simultaneous running projects. I have been working with them for over 6 months. They have delivered 3 batches of addons so far.
It seems to me they are very successful and are much too busy, which results in delays in communication and in delivering addons. At times these delays can be long and problematic.
In most cases the price quotes were competitive. Though prices seem to have gone up some. I assume this is due to the amount of work they receive. But this is still reasonable.
Getting payment to them can be a little difficult, as they are very limited in the number of payment methods. Their payment processor does not support mastercard.
Alt-Team developers have been very willing, friendly, professional and helpful. Due to the language barrier there were communication issues at times, resulting in different functionality than requested, but this was always corrected, without issue.
After delivery of addons, there always are a few issues to address, before the addon works as designed. In most cases the issues are related to the difference between professional and ultimate (multiple storefronts) Alt-Team addresses such issues fully.
The instructions for installation & configuration are never there. In most cases its possible to install without instructions, but not always.
I have bough a number of addons from their store. Their prices are reasonable. Though for higher priced products, the 150% price increase(250% total) for ultimate products results in a very high price.
On one occasion the price of an addon changed from 79 to 200 after I had ordered it. Their customer support was not willing to resolve this. This was my only encounter with Alt-Team were I felt I had been treated unfair.
Overall I am satisfied with Alt-Team, as they deliver products for a competitive price with a good service. I have a number of new projects set for after the CS-Cart 3.1 release.
Good review. Nobody is perfect and everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. You've identified your issues clearly and non-critically from your perspective. No one could ask for more.
