Worked On Products, Now Site Is Completely Messed Up?


I worked for a couple of hours this morning in advance of re-opening our store later today. All I did was to change the “products available” amount for most of the products and uncheck some product feature boxes. I checked the store online previews periodically to make sure it was looking good and it was.

Finished working through everything and now the entire store is gone? The basic background picture is still there but everything else on the site/customer view end is just gone. The admin panel side looks the same as always.

Was this something I did inadvertently or is something up with CS- Cart today?

Have you checked the main content block to see if it is still activated


Thank you for replying… Yes, it is activated.

I am still able to preview almost all of the categories and products from the back end and they look fine - just like the webstore should look - from there. Weirdly though, one entire category just goes to a blank screen when I try to preview it. Don't know if that is connected to the larger problem? I didn't change anything at all with categories or layout or anything, I only changed products available numbers and unchecked some feature boxes in some products.

UPDATE: Tried to restore from old backup through the web host, also tried to restore the database and now can't even access the admin panel. There is nothing there but a blank page.

Did you check error logs? It looks like error causes this issue

We never fixed this problem, but instead restored the whole site from a backup.
