In changelog 4.3.3 i saw that the store import was removed.
Can anybody explain me why?

Because you're expected to import to earlier versions and the upgrade.

I think they do not want to support it anymore and spend more time on the upgrade center improvement.
You can always import old store to 4.3.2 versions and make few minor upgrades up the latest version
