Why Google index not my site?

Hi guys

Does anyone know how I can find out why Google is not indexing my website?

I have entered my domain with sitemap path https://www.mvshopdomain.com/sitemap/ in Google Search Console but there is no indexing.

My site has not been indexed with Warpindex either. I have deactivated all rules in the WAF so as not to block any Google bots.

Any ideas what i can do as next step?

google index now my site but i think i have a little bit chaos with the languages.

I use english and german. What would be the best setting for SEO?

English shoud be the first prio and all other languages as /de/, /it/ etc.?

EN: domain.com/about.php
DE domain.com/de/ueber.php
