I see [url]https://www.cs-cart.com/skins.html[/url] provides free skins. Where is the download link?
They’re only in the Professional version of the cart. You can access them all through the admin. Go to Design>Templates and you will have a drop down with all available skins.
The community version only has the basic skin available for use as I understand. I might be wrong.

Can you tell me the exact folder? Is it “var” or “skins”?
Well I wouldn't do that cause you break the community license , as it comes only with one skin on purpose: to either buy the full version or to build one yourself.
