So on the latest version there is no default option to mirror the billing address to the shipping address anymore making mode effort required to checkout?? (not one step)

OK after much messing about it has re-appeared, not liking the one step checkout at the moment.
Does anyone know why the paypal express button in my cart looks crap, below the lower checkout button?
It looks old, a newer one to the left of the main checkout button top and bottom would be better.
