Where do I download the newest update 4.20.1
Usually you have to wait a few days/weeks until it becomes available in your admin. You can go to Settings>Upgrade Center>Refresh Packages List to see if it is available for you yet. CS-Cart rolls out the updates in stages. Mine is already showing up, but I’m not updating at this point.
Like I said, they release updates in batches. You’ll get it eventually. I know it can be frustrating to wait, especially if there’s a bug fix or feature you’re needing.

My store notified me on Thursday that the update was available.
You probably just have to wait until next week.
Or you could log into the Help Desk, click the link for File Area and download the latest version. You will have to install it manually though.

That’s not my problem. I was not looking for the upgrade file. I was looking for a new complete copy of cs-cart to re-install it, the upgrade wasn’t working.
