When i try to buy it i choose paypal as payment method but i cannot take the 265 usd i have on my paypal to buy the cs cart ? it wants me to use my credit card but why cant i use the money i already have on my paypal account ?

I know that you said you have enough money in your account but I would double check that, the only reason it would not work is that you do not have enough money to cover the balance in paypal…
