I'm guessing there should be a Quick Link for promotions (?) since I can't figure out where CS stores/shows the information to the customer. Last year I couldn't figure our how to show/get to my gift certificate section of the store as it had been removed from the quick links somehow too. Once someone gave me the link it was all common sense from there. I am assuming the same thing is going on with my promotions. If I'm wrong, please point me in the proper direction.
As default, it is 'promotions.list', go to (from admin menu) Website > SEO Rules.
Search for 'promotions.list' then enter an SEO Name, like 'promotions', the page will then be available at an SEO friendly URL, domain.com/promotions
