What is a Download Key?

I’ve got a person who ordered something without becoming a member and they had trouble downloading all of it. So I “prolonged” their “download key” to the end of this month.



But what is a download key? Is it a code that was sent to him when he ordered? If not, how would he get it?



I just want him to be able to access the product until the end of the month.

When you make a product electronic than also choose “files” and upload your files into that content. Once buyer purchase the item and the order was processed the file was automatically sent to the customer email ID.



Download key means the file which you have provided to your client.
