I had an order today and because the guy used a mastercard I got an AVS code of S since I think mastercard does not have the avs functionalty.
Anyway, I checked his address on 118.com and he is ex directory… so I know from working in a huge company that you can do a KYC, know your customer, check but would asking someone to post a copy of their password be going over the top?

Okay, solved, I just removed the ability to let customers use Mastercard… so now no more headache for mee…
