CS cart support sometimes get bashed here but I have had excellent service for a recent problem I had and it was quite annoying, Eugen was support staff.

I have always found them very good with default cs-cart functionality with my customer care subscription. They have also been helpful within the forums recently. I think most criticisim is when people don’t have a subscription and you can’t really blame the helpdesk for not helping if you don’t have a subscription.
