You have posted link to your admin area. Suggest you to rename it asap…
disable the check, its just telling you that at some point changes have been made.
You can always check them manually at a later date if you need to

THANK YOU SO MUCH!

But it shows just when I navigate pages, not making changes. is this normal?
yes, its fine, just disable
But the big issue is the information is not accurate. it lists many modifications for files that have not been modified.
So this causes one to start ignoring the information because it's not accurate (same with upgrade conflicts) which makes having it there pretty pointless.
If i did not change anything why does that pop up cause it pops up on my admin area as well
Note that given they consider white-space (including line endings) in their calculation, more than likely someone has simply opened and closed the file without modifying it but that could alter the line endings.
To be done correctly, the check sum should be calculated after stripping all whitespace from the files. The only real important thing is whether any of the code has been modified. If I add a line for debugging and then take it out, a "comparison" should indicate no change to the file.

Changed Deleted
Whenver I run an upgrade it always tells me that var/langs/* have been modified (about 50 files). I've reported it several times but keep getting the "can't reproduce" response. I just got it again upgrading to 4.6.1.
So like I said... While they're trying to be helpful, generating inaccurate data (warnings and errors) is not very helpful.

Looks like a bug if demo data is not installed. Try to post it to the bug tracker
