Want To Change The Vendor To Supplier

I want to change the Vendor to supplier in the system. All the vendor text should display as suppliers. What is the best way I can follow. Appreciate if you can share or recommend any tutorials regarding this

there is 100 of text to change, Is there is any way to implement hook to do this, update the database table.
