Want black border around blocks

So id really like to create a black border around the blocks and i know that you can do it through a wrapper.



This is the wrapper context id like to use to create a black border:

anyone know how to change this?

Hi, I dont know if you already got an answer for your question but you can just do it with your web editor like dreamweaver or any. Create a table with a black border and put the wrapper code inside, give it a name, upload it to your server and done. Thats the way I do it and works excellent.
