By far the worst installation process ever!!! Support is extremely condescending. Always say read the documentation, which is poorly written and difficult to follow.
Blank page even after activated. First storefront worked, when I setup the second store get a blank page.
If you get it working....NEVER UPGRADE!!!!
Better yet, go with a different theme. I wish I had... Looking at new themes now.

We do not know who you are (new user, one post only?!) and what’s your purpose for writing such a denigrating post, contradicting plenty of happy VIVAshop users.
We can only guess who you are since we have only received last night a support ticket regarding this particular issue, which was already and immediately solved as soon as you had provided the necessary credentials.
As expected, you had not followed the installation/updating guide, as the required add-ons provided with the theme were not installed correctly.
If we’re looking through our support chat history we may learn that this was not the first time you did not follow the documentation, but instead preferred to open a support ticket and wait for our answer, thus wasting time when you had everything you needed there.
Please bear in mind that there are certain reasons for which you should follow a documentation guide, and, be assured that if you do not read and follow it, any documentation will seem “by far worst installation processâ€, regardless of the theme, add-on or the developer you’re choosing.
Our documentation teaches you for instance even how to create a banner or how to create a page (which you’re normally already supposed to know since you are already using CS-cart, as creating a banner is part part of the CS-Cart knowledge base) and our documentation guide is the result of a hard work and customer feedback, and a lot of time was spent to guide even the newest CS-Cart user to successfully install and configure the theme. Therefore, saying that our documentation guide is “poorly written and difficult to follow†is at least insulting and has absolutely nothing to do with reality. Our theme could have not possibly become the most popular theme on the Marketplace by having a poor documentation guide and by offering low quality support services. However, any documentation may seem difficult when you do not take the time to read and follow it.
We always encourage customers to read the documentation, as one of the main reasons it is provided together with the theme is to save your time. Also, every time you opened a support ticket with us we answered in time and solved each and every enquiry you had, offering you impeccable support services.
Therefore, please note that we really care about our products and work, and we’ll not ever let anybody defame and make fun of our hard work, by posting bad intentioned and insulting comments like this one, not having anything to do with reality, especially from somebody that we helped that much.
