Vendor to import products

I’m currently testing the product import feature of cs-cart 2.1.3.

I got it to work when using the admin account. However, i can’t get it to work when using a vendor account. I dont get any error after uploading so i cant think where to look. Here’s the message:



Important:

Data is imported successfully.

New objects - 0;

Updated objects - 0;

Skipped objects - 0;

Total - 0



any idea?
