Vendor Mod- Accepting Or Not Accepting Orders

Is there a way or a Mod that will keep the vendors store open but not allow customers to add products to cart for multivendor? If the vendor is not accepting orders at this time or simply go on holiday, is there a way to keep their store's products visible? Customers will be able to add the products to wish list or add to cart and disable check out for the closed vendor. Hopefully this isn't too confusing. I would simply like to keep all vendor products searchable even if the vendor is temporarily not taking orders. Is this feature already in multivendor?

This will need a custom addon to put vendor and their products on vacation mode.
