Greetings

I have 3 subscription plans (Free , Gold , Platinum) , and I want to make a vendor-customer conversation limit for each plan as Example:

Free plan: Customer cannot contact vendor
Gold Plan : Customer can contact vendor with a limit of 50 conversations per customer
Platinum plan : Customer can contact vendors with no limit on number of conversations.

How to configure cs-cart to create this function?
