So when vendor tries to publish a blog or a page, he only gets a choice of root level folder.
And if he publishes blog under root level folder it does not show up under blogs..
What am I missing? Why wouldn't vendor get a choice of blog folder to publish blog?
Create on his behalf /vendor-blog/ and move all his/her pages there.

That's what I did eventually. :-) Vendors have to pay more to have this option activated.
