You can edit styles.css to edit just about how everything looks in your shop. From colors to font size to padding. Use firefox with firebug plugin or google chrome, right click on what you want to edit, and choose inspect - this shows you what you should edit.
Second: CS-cart has a WYSIWYG edit in which you can easily create links. You can also choose Source code and simply add whatever HTML code you like.
