Variation as Single Product - Is this a System Bug of CS-Cart?

Hello, we have 150k products with thousands of variations. We have been trying to create them as Single Catalogue product but there are issues adapting Title to specific features, URL, and tech details.

We have been trying for weeks to get this to work but no success whatsoever! What are we missing here? Is this even possible also for API or at least by import (which also creates new errors for our api)

As far as I know the variations for products need to have different product codes - in your case I see that the variation keeps the same product code and EAN.

All variants are pretty much unique. There is no dynamic change when selecting different feature size
