Variants and drop down menus

Hello!
We’ve got a product with several variations and want customers to switch between the different pages via the drop down option. However, when you first get to the product page, the menu doesn’t show up - it’s only after you change one of the other options that it appears. The drop down shows up on the preview, but not on the actual site. Is there anything we can do to get this variant menu to show up when you first reach the page?

Please make sure that the Signal condition is not an option, but a feature, on which the product variations are built:

Thank you for taking the time to reply! The signal conditioning is set up as a feature. Everything looks fine on the preview, it just doesn’t show up on the actual site.

I’m afraid, in this case it is required to look directly in your installation, to fix this issue.
