USPS Priority with Extended Zip Code

In 1.3.5 SP2, the real-time USPS shipping works fine for Priority shipments when only the 5 character zip code is entered {for example, 32578}. However, if an extended zip is entered {for example, 32578-7308}, then no USPS option is presented to the customer; only UPS.



Sounds like a bug, but has anyone heard of this problem?
