We were not getting real-time rates from USPS for some military addresses but were getting them for others. It turns out that certain zip codes are not available for electronic labels. Must be a security issue for those regions. I called USPS and they said they know nothing more than what’s on their website so they don’t know how long this restriction will last. The two zip code regions effected are 093XX and 964XX.

We’ve added a message on the cart page letting customers know this since we get a good number of military orders. Just wanted to report this in case anyone else was having the same problem.

I would create a new location called apo and then do the shipping rates manually.
