When uploading the site logo, I made a smaller version for the mobile site, but the quality of the photo when uploaded is very poor.
I would like to use an SVG file for a mobile logo, but i'm not sure how to upload the SVG file as Cs-Cart seems to have restrictions on that format.
How do I upload an SVG logo?

I would look for an addon but I know that Cs-Cart supports SVG logos because the theme i'm using had an SVG logo, I just need to know how to upload one rather than having to pay for an addon to solve every small issue.
Just replace default block with logo with HTML block with your logo in SVG format
