Using graphics in blocks?

Hey what’s up everyone, new user and big fan of CS-Cart so far. Was hoping to get a little guidance regarding blocks.



I am looking to use graphics on the front page of the cart in the central content area. Say I wanted to use JPEGs for different items in the store, how do I put them in blocks? The effect I’m looking to achieve can be found here:





Any help would be truly be appreciated :mrgreen:

For version 2.0.x you can create a banner. Then create a block with content type ‘banner’ and assign that banner.



If you are using 2.0.9, you should be able to create a block with content type HTML block to layout your block.

Thanks for the advice, I’ll give it a go! Also I’m using 2.0.8. Would you recommend upgrading to 2.0.9

NO!!! 2.0.9 is a disaster. They are supposedly working on 2.0.10 - a quick turnaround bugfix-only release.
