Users Unable To Add Addresses In New Storefronts

We have had an issue where product tabs were missing (including the standard description tabs) in a couple of new storefronts which was fixed on the database via the helpdesk. Now on testing the checkouts we are finding users are not asked to put in any address details what so ever?

When logging in and going to Account > Profile Details you can only see and edit the email address and password unlike the other stores where below you have billing address and delivery address option.

If you select store-front in the admin panel. what do you see on the Administration -> Profile fields page?

Completely blank, looks like they need sharing - done this and it works thank you. Don;t know why these new storefronts have been so troublesome!

After i create a new Store, my Search show nothing. Cs-cart ultimate. someone has this problem.
