In The satabase I have user last log in on 1000s of users as “0”,
are these registered customers that havent logged in over a certain time period, as I am looking to trim the database size (2gb) and want to delete lots of information.

no problem with exisiting registered customer if I delete from database,
Sorry, I misunderstood initial question. Zero means users who have never logged in. You can delete them, but please note that the user data is stored in different tables. So it is better to use admin interface to delete users
