User Carts - Emptying List?

Can anyone tell me how I can empty the User Carts list? I would like to not save them for as long as they’re being saved.

Thanks, Struck. I actually found that in the KB but wasn’t sure if it was applicable to the user carts. I’ll make the time less and hope that keeps the sessions down a bit.
