Use Product Filter To Exclude Results

I have added a feature group that classifies my food products by various "allergens" (e.g. Eggs, Milk, Soy, Nuts). When a customer uses this filter, I want the filter to "exclude" any products that have that particular feature (rather than continuing to show the products).

For example, let's say that I have 100 products and 3 have "Nuts" as an allergen and 3 have "Milk" as an allergen. When I select those feature/filters, I no longer want those products to be displayed. In other words, the customer will only see food that does NOT have those allergens.
