Urgent Fix Needed for Order Management Issues (Observed through stripe payment method - MultiVendor)

Hallo Cscart,

Version 4.18.3 has been nothing but trouble so far, with numerous bugs disrupting workflows, especially around order management.

Vendors have raised concerns about products marked as “out of stock” still being ordered, which appears to be part of the ongoing issues. To make matters worse, Stripe payments are behaving unpredictably, with orders marked as “paid” reverting to “open,” despite payment already being processed. Screenshot below (customer name painted out)

And now, I’ve noticed that the stock count for some orders is multiplying unexpectedly—see the screenshot below for an example.

This is creating chaos and frustration for everyone involved. These bugs need urgent fixes. This situation is completely unacceptable at this point!

Thanks for posting all the details.

I’ve found a bug in our internal tracker that sounds like the issue you’re describing. Fortunately, it has already been fixed and the fix will be included in the next version of CS-Cart, 4.19.1 The bad news is that this version will not be released until next year.

In that case, I can offer you the .diff file with the necessary changes, please apply it to your installation to fix this bug.
