The upgrades are not available to all license owners at the moment. You should wait around 1 week to upgrade through upgrade center

On 29 July CS-Cart promised that the upgrades will appear any day now. We hope that they will write about this news here Cs-Cart 4.2.1 Released: New Styles, E-Mail Marketing, And More - Page 4 - News and Announcements - CS-Cart Community Forums - Page 4 as lots of people were asking about it.

When I make the Upgrade it look like this: 4.1.4 to 4.1.5 , I want to Upgrade dirctly to 4.2.1.Should i update first to 4.1.5 and then to 4.2?

Yes, you should upgrade to 4.1.5. firstly and only then to 4.2.1.
