Is it possible to upgrade from CS-Cart Multi-Vendor 4.18.4 to 4.19.1 while using UniTheme2?
Has anyone performed this upgrade with UniTheme2 installed? I’d appreciate any experience, tips, or advice before I start the update process.

According to the UniTheme2 Docs, the answer to your question is yes.
Make sure to make a full store backup before start. There is a possibility that some issues can arise, especially if you applied custom frontend/backend modifications in your store.

Thanks for all the information.
The upgrade worked perfectly after I removed the plugin cp_speed_optimization_deaktiviert (Preload, Prefetch & Preconnect for Resources) .
I had installed it a long time ago and had not noticed the warning from Cart Power stating that it is not compatible with UniTheme2 . They clearly mention this on the add-on page.
