Upgraded Now Service Not Available

I just upgraded from, now I get the message Service Not Available…I can't wait 3 days for a reply from a service ticket

Try to open the config.local.php file and replace:



error_reporting(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors', 0);




with



error_reporting(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors', 1);
define('DEVELOPMENT', true);




to see the actual error message

And remember to comment it out when you're done or make it conditional upon your own IP address.

Please Mention the Version of Exisitng and Upgrading. Also you can follow ecomlabs advice to proceed.
