Try to open the config.local.php file and replace:
error_reporting(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors', 0);
with
error_reporting(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors', 1);
define('DEVELOPMENT', true);
to see the actual error message
And remember to comment it out when you're done or make it conditional upon your own IP address.
