Upgrade Via Console

Im trying to Upgrade the store via Console as in the documentation

https://docs.cs-cart.com/latest/upgrade/upgrade_via_console.html

after entering the command

php admin.php --dispatch=upgrade_center.console

I get a message of the following type

[Access denied] You must log in before you can access this resource!

Any idea how to log in ?

Looks like you skipped the upgrade command. Please try

tried the whole command and still the same

php /app/www/admin.php --dispatch=upgrade_center.console upgrade

An interesting thing though, the same message appears when I run any cron beginning with admin.php

how to solve it?
