Upgrade To 4.1.1

Just completed the upgrade to 4.1.1. Everything seem to go fine but I do not see the edit documents in design tab. Yes i have flushed the caches on the server and the PC - any ideas

Please make sure you have select "New (nice and editable via admin panel)" option in Settings->Appearance:Email templates mode
