Upgrade From 4.3.4 When Full Licence Starts From May 2016

Hi, I have been using Free version 4.3.4 and in may 2016 I purchased a Full licence but now I realised that I can't upgrade to newer version even though I have active upgrade plan to may 2017. How can I overcome this issue?
